In brief: Very likely

Bone marrow transplantation require total body irradiation and/ or high dose chemotherapy prior to the transplant.
This will render the vast majority of women and men infertile due to damage to germ cells (eggs and sperm cells). Fertility preservation should be discussed prior to treatment. Options for men sperm freezing or testicular tissue freezing, or women egg/embryo or ovarian tissue freezing.

In brief: Sometimes

It depends on the treatment, but most women with bone marrow transplants lose their menstrual cycles.
Men often have some detectable sperm after treatment, but fertility rates are likely relatively low. Fertility preservation is important to consider before treatment.
