What can I do to combat my RLS during my pregnancy?

A couple things. Leg stretching before sleep and use of elastic stockings may be helpful. Oral iron supplements should be maintained since it appears that women with RLS in pregnancy have lower hemoglobin than healthy subjects. Opioids can be used in the second or third trimester if treatment of RLS symptoms is neessary. In most patients, RLS begins in the third trimester of pregnancy and disappears toward the end.
