Is raynauds diesase considered a disability?

Legal decision. As noted by my colleagues, raynaud's disease can be considered a disability...And not really a disability. For the individual it is a problem, and sometimes serious and debilitating. The issue of disability is actually a legal one, as such decisions are made by a judge regardless of what the physician might say in his or her record or report.
Not really. It is the underlying problems that are associated with raynaud's that incur disability. But many are treatable and very slow in progession anyway. But raynaud's is usually quite treatable and preventable.
