I am having abdominal pain and no doctor can figure it out. Could it be mesenteric lymphadenitis?

In brief: Grasping@Straws

It could be, as well as any of 100's of different diagnoses.
There is nothing more frustrating than having chronic pain and no diagnosis. If you have been working with only one doctor, it may be a good idea to get a second opinion--both gastroenterologists and general surgeons have a lot of experience helping people navigate thru this problem. Good luck!

In brief: Abdominal pain

There are many things that it could be unfortunately.
Abdominal pain is always difficult if it isn't something very obvious. It could be mesenteric lymphadenitis but that should be temporary only and should resolve on its own. Keep seeing a doctor until they have a chance to figure this out.
