Any tricks for getting rid of scars after removal of a lymphagioma?

In brief: No tricks.
Lymphangioma scars are notoriously wide and thick.
You should wait 6-12 months from the original surgery for scar revision. If the patient isn't too young, then consider a silicone tape for scar reduction.
