Lasek eye surgery good if you have a lazy eye?

No. If you have amblyopia, or lazy eye, then it may mean that you don't have normal vision in that eye. Lasik (or lasek) surgery will not fix that problem. This type of surgery simply corrects your refractive error. That means if you wear contacts or glasses, you can get that prescription lasered onto your cornea, so you don't need to wear those contacts or glasses anymore.

Lasek eye surgery if you have a lazy eye - is it worthwhile to do?

Lasik for lazy eye. A lazy eye by definition is a normal eye with less capacity than perfect vision. I personally feel that if a person has a refractive error then even if they do not have 20/20 capacity but do improve significantly with glasses then they can avail of lasik surgery (as long as they are anatomically candidates ). Could lasek eye surgery help anyone?

No. Lasik eye surgery is to help people who don't want to wear glasses or contacts. The procedure takes your prescription and lasers it onto your cornea. If you don't wear glasses or contacts, lasik won't help you. If you don't mind wearing glasses or contacts, then don't get the procedure done. LASEK vs LASIK . There is nobody who can get lasik who can't get lasek. However many people who can't get lasik can get lasek. This is because lasek is the safer less invasive noncutting version of lasik. Only downside is a slightly longer recovery and slightly more discomfort.
