In brief: Bad sleep for sure!
It depends. If you are unable to fall asleep although you want to, and stay up late for that reason, then yes you have a sleep disturbance that could be called insomnia.
If you are just staying up working or playing and waking up sleepy, you are not getting enough rest. If bothered by theses symptoms, try to set a regular bedtime, only use bed for sleep or sex, get up if not sleepy, and avoid naps.
