In brief: Blood in eye
Blood in the white part of the eye (sclera) is known as a subconjunctival hemorrhage.
It can occur after plastic surgery and usually resolves on its own with time. If there is any eye pain or visual changes associated with it, be sure to see your eye doctor immediately. Make sure your plastic surgeon is aware of the presence of this as well.

In brief: Where?
Blood that stains the white of your eye after eye trauma typically goes away on its own with time but any significant trauma to eye that would cause such symptoms should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist.
