In brief: No

I am not aware of any association between gout and adrenal tumors and couldn't find a case in a brief pubmed search.

In brief: May not or may

Rumors cause gout usually when the therapy destroys a multitude of cancer cells like circulating lymphocytes .
If the adrenal tumor causes gout it may depend on how it effects metabolism and removal of uric acid. I am not certain how an adrenal tumor might do that, but it may depend on what type of adrenal tumor you have. Yours may not be responsible for you gout.
