Signs of prostate cancer? Will it show up in the pas test if you have it?

Not unless iate. Prostate cancer causes no symptoms early in its course and is usually picked up by biopsy prompted by abnormal rectal exam or elevated psa or accelerated psa. Abnormalities of psa and rectal exam do not prove cancer, but often lead to biopsy which is definitive test.
Depends. The psa test is subject to both false positive (abnormal but you don't have prostate cancer) & false negative (normal but you do have prostate cancer). This is why recommendations have recently changed & it is less recommended now. But still get a manual exam by your doc. As far as sx of prostate ca, early on often none. Later you might have urinary hesitancy/weak stream. Much later, bone pain.
