I used terazol (terconazole) for a yeast infection and now have a slightly pink discharge. Should I be worried?

From inflammation. Terazol (terconazole) can cause local burning, irritation, and in some patients even uterine contractions from inflammation. I suspect this may be local irritation from the medication causing a bit of bleeding locally. If it doesn't go away within 48 hours or it worsens I would see your doc about this.
