Is a hypodense lesion on the thyroid cancerous? I had an angiogram and it found a hypodense lesion on the left lobe of my thyroid gland.

In brief: Maybe
Angiography is not good at defining thyroid pathology.
You will usually need a thyroid ultrasound and possibly a fine needle biopsy. Thyroid nodules are common and the majority are ok, but definitely have it checked out.
