In brief: Yes

Nasonex (mometasone) is a nasal steroid spray; oral allergy meds are, for the most part, antihistamines (either sedating or non-sedating).
The combination is often used for more recalcitrant cases of allergies.

yes both can be taken together and are often prescribed together to relieve the symptoms as they both work differently, here in new jersey we see very severe cases of allergy and this combination is often used

In brief: Probably

Nasonex (mometasone) is a nasal steroid spray.
It is typically prescribed in conjunction with oral antihistamines and, if needed, ocular antihistmines as well.
