In brief: Depends on stage.

Stage 1 and nonbulky stage 2: radiation therapy appears preferable.
Single agent Carboplatin is being looked at. Bulky stage 3 and stage 3: 4 cycles of chemotherapy with bleomycin, Etoposide and Cisplatin is standard. Stage 4: chemotherapy.
