Canceled my HSG due to divorce, will it affect my health if I have something blocking tubes and do nothing about it until I remarry and want kids?

In brief: No
Unless you are symptomatic.
This should not pose a problem for your overall health. However, if you have a history of pelvic inflammatory disease or any other sexually transmitted disease it would not be a bad decision to have an hsg done to assess the patency of your tubes regardless of your desires for future fertility.

In brief: No
No it won't, and sorry about the divorce.
Forget the hsg until (and if) your situation needs it.
