In brief: Generally, no

Any kind of diabetes is disqualifying for military service.
Read more here: http://tinyurl.Com/ceq9hp under endocrine and metabolic disorders. It is possible to apply for a waiver, but i strongly doubt one would be granted for someone with type 1 diabetes, or on a pump. The marines would probably be the least likely service to accept anyone with any kind of pre-existing medical condition.

In brief: Ask

You would want to contact a marine corps recruiter (either locally or on line) and ask him that question.
There may be situations when someone who is diabetic on Insulin pump may be able to join, but may not be able to perform certain duties or hold certain positions, but the recruiter should be able to explain that.
