My 4 month old has not had a bowel movement in 3 days. Only breast fed. Is this ok or what should I do?

In brief: How is she doing?
Depends on how he's doing.
If he's happy and eating well, and the stool is ultimately soft, then you're doing ok. If there is a lot of straining and hard stool, then some stool softening measures as discussed with your pediatrician are a good idea. Even breast feeding stools will firm up around 1-2 mo of age, and can be harder later.

In brief: Yes
Breast milk is easily digestible and some babies can go as long as one week not having a bowel movement.
As long as your baby's abdomen is not distended and tender, acting normal and no other signs & symptoms, this should be ok. See pediatrician immediately if there is blood, abdominal tenderness , distention , not eating, vomiting, fussy etc.
