Varies. First, get dark chocolate that is at least 70% cocoa. If it isn't listed on the label and says dark, it will be mostly sugar. If it is at least 70% cocoa the label will say so and then it is a healthful treat so some have said that up to 3 oz is not harmful. Chocolate is loaded with antioxidants and makes most of us feel good so enjoy.
