In brief: Possibly
It is unfortunate that a medicine like fluoxetine which helps so many people 10-20% or more of the time can really inhibit sexual desire and response.
Probably the first thing to do would be to have fluoxetine discontinued before going forward with wellbutrin (bupropion). Wellbutrin (bupropion) can help with this issue and it is not known for having sexual side effects. It can reduce irritability and may help orgasm.

In brief: Sometimes
Wellbutrin (bupropion) has been known to be an antidepressant which does not cause sexual dysfunction.
It is a non sertonin reuptake inhibitor, unlike most like prozac, zoloft, Lexapro etc. This is the reason why it is usually added to any of those to help with depressive symptoms but also to alleviate sexual side effects which can be difficulty with orgasm. It may reduce, although at times, increase irritabi.
