In brief: Maybe
If neither minds its not an issue, but if one person does then you may have to changes meds, stop for a day or two before sex, or add wellbutrin, (bupropion) but check with your doctor first.

In brief: Life is a balance...
Life is all about balance.
Seldom is there anything that is all good. A married couple is a single unit with 2 people. So, treating one person should improve that person, and so improve the couple, and in the end improve both persons. It doesn't always happen that way, so doctors are flexible with altering doses, dosing times, trying new meds, having both persons on meds, etc... Work with doctor.
