I need an easy explanation of right ventricular muscle bundle. And, does this condition require surgery to repair?

In brief: RV muscle bundles

These are usually benign structures that exist often in the r side of the heart.
Sometimes they are increased thickness muscle that may be due to obstruction to outflow of blood from the r heart (increased pressure in the r heart) . Sometimes they can actually cause obstruction to outflow from the r heart. These usually require surgery(this in turn may cause r bundle branch block as elsewhere).

In brief: Muscle in the RV.

The heart is a muscular pump and sometimes muscle bundles inside the heart can get in the way.
There are two conditions where muscle in the right ventricle (rv) blocks outflow of blood into the pulmonary artery: tetralogy of fallot and double chamber rv. Both of these conditions require surgery for repair and part of the procedure includes division and partial removal of enlarged muscle bundles.

In brief: Right bundle branch

I think you may be referring to a right bundle branch block.
This is a conduction abnormality which is considered to be a normal variant. This is a finding on your ekg caused by a delay in the conduction down the right ventricle. It may occur in normal healthy individuals and there is no treatment.
