In brief: Not a Good Idea

Best to wait on having tummy tuck surgery after you have achieved a long-term stable weight.
In other words, allow your body to “bounce back” as much as possible prior to proceeding. Also, not a good idea to undergo major surgery with a “new delivery” at home. Best wishes.

In brief: Question

If you are asking about having a tummy tuck at the time of delivery, i would say do not do it.
Allow your body to recover from pregnancy so you can bond with your child and get the best results possible. If you are asking about how pregnancy affects the results of a previous tummy tuck, it will undo a lot of the work that has been done with a tummy tuck and you may need further surgery.

In brief: Immediate or delayed

There are a few intrepid individuals who will perform a tummy tuck at the time of delivery or c-section ( i know one such doctor in my neighborhood) but this is far from the standard of care and the tt is a far less agressive procedure than one performed electively after childbirth is complete.
It also carries more risks despite the convenience. So be cautious. Tt at a stable weight are safer.

In brief: Tummy Tuck after....

A tummy tuck is ideally performed after childbearing is complete.
If you have children after having a tummy tuck expect the result to change at least a bit and hope it is not a significant change. There is no specific treatment.

In brief: Exercise & Diet

After delivery we suggest you diet wisely and exercise your tummy muscles (every day is needed) via leg lifts and crunches (including use of oblique waist muscles) prior to considering surgery.
When you are no longer going to have babies, you may then seek consultation for a combination of liporeduction and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with/without muscle repair. Good muscle wall is very key.

In brief: Uncertain

I am not sure i understand your question.
We usually recommend a 6 month recovery period after delivery before having a tummy tuck.
