What kind of antibiotic would fight infection of a second degree burn. I have tetracycline. The blisters broke in a few days and pus is light green.

Dangerous game. If you have a second-degree burn that has become infected you need to be seen by a physician, whether it be the er or by a plastic surgeon. Seek help. I would insist that you go to the er, a burn center, or a plastic surgeon. I do not use the term 'second degree' anymore. Burns are either deep, requiring surgery, or superficial, no surgery needed. Sometimes there are 'indeterminate' burns. Seek help to make sure it is not 'deep' and also that it is not infected (some discharge is normal though-but only a doctor will be able to tell ). Read more...

Not the best choice. Cilicaine is a form of penicillin. It may help with some urinary tract infections, if the germ causing them is sensitive to it. There are better choices.
