What rituals can you do to help yourself fall asleep at night?

Sleep Hygiene. No stimulating activities before bed, no heavy meals before bed, no tv in the bedroom. Keep the bedroom's temperature slightly on a cooler side. Take a warm shower before bed, relaxation, deep breathing, visualizations (you can google for instructions); no naps in the afternoon, no drinks with caffeine after 3 pm. Find activities that calm you down, relax you and incorporate them into the routine.
