In brief: Some overlap
Oriental (traditional chinese) medicine is a whole system of healing that includes acupuncture, herbs, qi gong, healing foods, acupressure, and chinese psychology.
It's thousands of years old, and takes a lifetime to learn. Naturopathic medicine draws from multiple healing traditions, and some naturopathic physicians study and practice tcm. Most integrate several modalities in their work.

In brief: Not much
Naturopathy is basically an all-natural approach to achieving health.
This approach will consider and utilize many forms of natural medicine, including, but not limited to homeopathic remedies, and oriental herbal remedies.

To many, "naturopathy" does not mean the same as "naturopathic medicine." One can get a degree in "naturopathy" through online learning alone. Naturopathic medicine requires attending a 4 year residential college of naturopathic medicine, and passing boards. It is actually licensed in 16 states plus District of Columbia. Naturopathic physicians may also prescribe certain allopathic medications, which an unlicensed naturopath may not. It's true that multiple forms of natural medicine may be used in naturopathic medicine, but each of these (including Oriental Medicine and Homeopathy) requires many years of specific dedicated study beyond what's given in naturopathic medical school. Many naturopathic physicians that I know go on to do this in fields which interest them.
