In brief: Inviting problems

Your new liver will be damaged just like your first liver. Alcohol also interacts with a wide variety of other medications which can result in serious toxicity.
If you are getting intoxicated, you are more likely to forget to take your immunosuppression medications, and more likely to miss your doctor's appointments, and more likely to engage in other high risk behaviors. Just don't drink!
