What females are more tolerable to hemorrhagic shock in pregnancy?

Obstetrics & Gynecology - Maternal Fetal Medicine
In brief: All, none.
Pregnant women (in nature's wisdom) are in general more tolerant of acute blood loss because they have increased total blood volume.
Having said that, hemorrhagic shock is never well-tolerated by anyone - especially the gravid woman and her fetus(es); that is, a pregnant woman can avoid going into hemorrhagic shock due to her increased blood volume, but when she does she gets very sick very quick.
