In brief: Yes.

If you truly have low growth as proxy measured by a baseline igf-1, and followed up with a growth hormone stulation with one of several agents and have gh measured at baseline and thereafter, and you secrete little, than depending in insurance and age, you might be able to get it.
Drugs will be avaialble to be orally taken (peptides) but they will be completing phase 2 studies. Bone age important.
