1 doctor agrees

In brief: Elective csections

Are acceptable and can be scheduled, the american college of obgyn said once a pt has been counseled of the risks and benefits she can have an elective c-scetion.
I do elective c-sections in my patients after I have done the above if they desire it. I would not go to a midwife who does vbacs- ( that should only be done by a doctor) or one who does home births as i no one can predict the future.
