How long does depo-medrol shots last?

Depends on what for! It truly depends on what you are injecting it for. Some joints injections last long time. Carpal rtunnel, months. Nerve block, may be years if first successful. Can't really say unless specific problem is stated.

How long does it take for a 40mg shot of depo medrol (methylprednisolone) (injected in the bottom) to work for allergic rhinitis and sinus infection??

Hours. depomedrol starts to work in about 6 hrs but the peak effects will come many hours later. Do note that it does not always work for rhinitis. Note that this is not the customary treatment since nasal steroid works at least as well. Read more...

I had a depo-medrol shot a week ago for bronchitis. Can I get a flu shot? Or do I need to wait. Thanks!

Depends. If the flu is already active in your area, a shot may be the best thing you can do right now to reduce your risk. However, it is likely not to give you the best protection since the steroid interferes with immune function. I usually wait 30 days or just repeat the flu shot then to give the best protection.
