Asked recptionist but only got 2 of many. Do I have the right to obtain all of my dental xrays from a procedure?

Yes. You have a right to a copy of the original x-rays. The dentist should not release the originals as they are part of your medical records. The dentist also has the right to charge you for duplicating the x-rays.
Medical records. On a bigger level, these are recordings of your body. You should have access to them, but often not the originals. There are many reasons not to give originals to patients (medical legal stuff), but you should have access to copies. Most clinicians charge for this service because it costs us money to do this, especially when there is a lot to copy and when there are special things like x-rays.
