Is a breast revision difficult to do without leaving scars?

In brief: Reshaping = > scars
Breast asymmetry and shape issues can be due to capsular contracture or sometimes due to implant rupture and in such a situation the scars may be longer or modified.
If another set of implants are being placed then same scar may be used. If the breasts have to be recontoured without implants then the scars are modified as the common reshaping procedure will be a modified breast lift.

In brief: Every case varies
There are many reasons a woman may desire a change in their breasts.
More scars will be required if the breast needs to be tightened or lifted. I often treat women with a lift revision when they should have had a lift with their first surgery. There are times when less surgery will suffice . You best bet is to schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to see what is best for y.

In brief: Breast revision
A revision denotes that previous surgery has already been done, so most of the time the incisions will "follow" the previous incisions that are present-depending what was done and what is proposed.
All surgery involves incisions (which essentially is what a scar is)...We just try to minimize them and create the most favorable appearance that is technically possible. A lot has to do with healing.
