How long should I wait to exercise after an apheresis blood donation?

In brief: Not long

It might be recommended to wait a few hours to let the puncture site heal a bit and rehydrate, but usually no more than that needed for light exercise.

Red Cross recommends usually 48 hours prior to resuming strenuous activity. If you are (or become) a regular donor, you will get more experience as to what you can do without symptoms and when after donating. Thanks!
