In brief: Depends
Depends upon how and why the c peptide level was measured.
C peptide is simply a measure of your bodies output of insulin. The "normal" amount of Insulin varies depending on a host of factors including meals, exercise, diurnal variation and medications. If your blood sugar was low this might be a normal level. If your blood sugar was high this may mean you have diabetes.
