In brief: See if the
hydrocodone has Tylenol (acetaminophen) in it, Most forms do and you do not want to overdose on Tylenol (acetaminophen).

In brief: Yes
If you have no reason you can't take either, these two work differently and can be taken together.

In brief: NO and YES
Acetaminophen - not addictive usually, but hydrocodone - highly addictive when used inappropriately.
- most of the time hydrocodone comes mixed with acet. - though.... Be careful! but used correctly - they both are very useful for short term pain relief!
