Do low T3 (liothyronine) and free T3 (liothyronine) values mean hypothyroidism?

Possibly. These along with low t4, free t4, and high TSH would mean hypothyroidism. But a low TSH would possibly mean a hypothalamus/pituitary problem. If any of the thyroid values/tsh are not low, then it might be wise to keep following before having a diagnosis made and therapy done. Check with your doctor to be sure.
