Human & animal studies show that animals & our human ancestors got 5,000-10,000 units of Vit.D every day from 2-4 hours of outside UV sunlight exposure without clothes.There is about zero chance of that with today's parents slathering UVB 60% Protection Suntan lotion on any child who moves.Protect your skin and your children but you must get Vit.D 5,000-10,000 from somewhere.
