Will I lose body fat more by performing my aerobic workouts at a low intensity?

Keeping your heart rate between 120 & 160 keeps u generally in a fat burning zone.Intensity is part of 3 others that need to b looked at in the acronym fit: frequency, intensity&time.Adjusting these does diff things for diff people.U r doing very well when u look at exercise as a way of controlling wt loss/gain.Keep up the hard work eat right & drink atleast 64oz's of at rest water/day.
