In brief: Yes and maybe

There was a 2009 study at newcastle university in the uk, and published in the journal of dairy science, which showed that organic milk does have advantages over conventional milk.
Specifically, more omega 3s, and less saturated fat. Conventional dairy cows eat more chemicals, may be treated with hormones, antibiotics. Organic has longer shelf life. Soymilk can be good, but gmo common.

In brief: Yes to both

Organic is always better than standard american milk.
The latter often has hormones, antibiotics (from raising the cow), and other toxins. It may be in small quantities but who cares? It's unnecessary - just greedy business practices from the U.S. Cattle, dairy, and agriculture industry. So, choose organic. Soy milk is a good alternative - if you like the taste.
