In brief: Knee pain

Daily exercise can increase endorphins to lower pain, potentially helping with knee arthritis coping.
If severe djd, a tka can greatly improve quality of life.

In brief: Yes

Daily exercise has shown to be helpful in postponing knee replacement.
Daily exercise increases the strength of the hamstring and quadricep muscles which help support the knee which reduces osteoarthritis symptoms of the knee. It most liklely would be helpful in inflammatory diseases but it may not postpone knee replacement as much as the osteoarthritis.
