In brief: Yes

Monitored by the american council on immunization & prophylaxis and the american academy of pediatrics among others, vaccines are far safer now than in years past.
Extensive testing is always done prior to general release of a new combination vaccine to ensure that this new offering is at least as good if not better than the original vaccines given separately. So yes a combination vaccine is safe.

In brief: Yes

Vaccines have been well researched over the years.
Combination vaccines are made of the same general ingredients that each vaccine is made of, but are designed to reduce the pain of multiple injections to your baby. For more information, a great resource about vaccine safety for you can be found at http://www.Aap.Org/immunization/.
