Heart disease prevention is now well established in women with early menopause (surgical or natural) and women in there fifties.
No benefits are present for older women. The earlier the benefits, the greater the benfits. Cancer of the colon, osteoporosis, and less alzeiheimer's are documented and longer sexual functioning!
