Depends on severity. The signs would depend on the severity of the anemia. It could be without any significant sign or symptom- when the anemia is very mild- and anemia is only shown up by slight decrease level of hemoglobin. When it is more severe- one may look pale, decrease blood pressure, increase heart rate and symptoms wold be more obvious such as fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness, chest discomfort etc.
