Is there a doctor in here who has lived. With someone on prozac (fluoxetine)? If so how did it affect the relationship, the interaction between, the closeness, ?

In brief: Yes
If Prozac (fluoxetine) works well it often reduces anxiety , depression and irritsability making closeness easier. It also can have a significant effect on sexual function, with decreased sexual interest and difficulty with arousability with might easily impair intimate closeness.
In addition some people have a negative effect with increased irritability clearly impairing closeness.

If there are side effects that are disruptive, then it will be best to stop Prozac and try a different medicine..
