In brief: Something is WRONG
This problem must be worked up further. The only thing ruled out, according to your question, is an active GI blood loss, which we know you do not have because your blood tests are normal.
Hyperthyroidism is ruled out. But a 22 lb weight loss in a 55 year thin woman is definitely abnormal and likely something serious. Need further evaluation by certified internist, gynecologist etc.
