In brief: Repeat test

Sometimes an initial test won't be positive in early pregnancy and there are other causes for not having a period and having seemingly pregnancy related symptoms.
The best thing to do, as long as you are not having any concerning symptoms, is to wait a few days and test using your first morning urine when pregnancy hormones are higher. See your doctor if any other questions to look for other cause.

In brief: Get a blood PG test

You need a quantitative b-hcg blood test- it can measure down to 5 .
If it is negative you need an exam , other blood tests and an ultrasound to r/o ovarian cysts and other problems. You need to see your obgyn.
