In brief: Vagal nerve overstim

Most causes of hypotn and low heart rate come from overstimulation of the vagus nerve .
This causes slow heart rates and vasodilation with drop in blood pressure . Pts feel sweaty nauseated and have bluured vision. If they dont lie down they may pass out.
