In brief: Ortho vs. brain
Yoga could be a culprit if related to a nerve impingement or stretch at the level of the neck or brachial plexus (near the shoulder).
Thoracic outlet would also be an atypical cause. A migraine headache is another consideration and these are sometimes exercise-related.

In brief: Possible
While yoga is beneficial for your health, beware of exercises that cause extreme bending of your neck - they can potentially affect the blood vessels and even tear them causing stroke or TIA (mini-stroke).
These are very infrequent events, but you should be aware of them.
