I found out I have thyroid disease, my doctor told me my periods should regulate now that im on the meds but they have not they are still messed up an?

While thyroid disease, either high or low, can be the cause of menstrual changes, it is also likely that many other causes can be involved.
Some like pituitary disease can cause changes in multiple hormones like lh, fsh, TSH and affect thyroid and hormone cycles. If your cycles do not regulate, would have your physician pursue other avenues(hormone levels, sono, etc.).
