Swollen all over, racing heart, white spots in mouth. What is it?

Probabably Viral. There are a few possiblities here including coxsackie , measles - if not vaccinated or other viral infections. The racing hart could be due to fever or inflammation of heart as well. You should see your doctor soon to get this checked out.
